BOOKINGs for jewellery classes - TERMS + CONDITIONS

REQUIREMENTS AND MATERIALS

All required tools and materials and safety equipment, if required are provided; in some cases, for more ambitious projects or outsourced costs, students may be required to purchase additional materials. All attendees MUST wear enclosed shoes whilst in the workshop. If you use glasses for reading and/or close up work please remember to bring them along. If you have long hair, it needs to be tied back. Avoid wearing loose flowing garments or scarfs.

Please bring a notebook and pen.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

All course fees are non-refundable. Transfers will not be processed if you cancel within 5 -business days of the class or event commencing. To request a transfer, we require at least 10-business days notice via email prior to the start of a class or event and this is redeemable within 12 months. Please email regine@regineschwarzer.com to organise this.

If you request a transfer (if eligible), a small administration fee of $50 will be applied and you will be issued with a voucher of the equal amount.

Missed classes

We are unable to offer refunds or make-up classes to students who miss classes. If you can't make a class please inform us as soon as you know and we may be able to accommodate a catch up session.
